We invite scholars and researchers to propose and arrange special session/track at IEEM conference. Special sessions/tracks are sessions with 6-8 papers focusing on a specific theme. Please send your proposal with session title, info about session organizers, and potential contributors and reviewers to the conference secretariat. Session organizer need to promote and solicit submissions for the special session. Papers have to be submitted online by 1 June, like other papers. Separately, the session organizers will notify the conference secretariat with the title/author of the papers submitted to his/her special session on 1 June. The papers will be reviewed in the same way as other submissions, with the asssisance of session organizers when neccessary.
All speakers and session organiser have to register using the normal channel (i.e IEEM website) by 1 Sept. Upon the registration of at least 6 papers, the special session is confirmed and the session organiser will act as chair of the special session.
