PRE- AND POST-EVENT STAY
Guests who wish to extend their stay in Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai for 3 nights before and after the conference dates may indicate accordingly on the reservation form. However, early arrival and extension outside of the conference dates are subject to the availability of rooms.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation Policies

No penalty fee for cancellations made in writing to the hotel 45 days or more prior to arrival.
Cancellations made in writing to the hotel between 44 and 30 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of (1) one night's stay per room.
Cancellations made in writing to the hotel between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of (2) two night's stay per room.
Cancellations made in writing to the hotel less than 15 days prior to arrival will incur charges for the full stay per room.

Check-in and Check-out Policies
Check-in time: 14:00 hrs on arrival date
Check-out time: 12:00 hrs on departure date.
Check-in before 08:00 hrs: 1 night room charge
Check-in between 08:00 hrs - 12:00 hrs: 50% of the room charge
Check-out between 12:00 hrs – 18:00 hrs: 50% of the room charge
Check-out after 18:00 hrs: 1 night room charge

No Show Policy
For every no-show room, the full period charge will be applied to each individual guest's account.

Your Organisation Data Business contact information we collect are from Exhibition organisations and include the following: an individual’s name; position name or title; business telephone numbers/address/emails/fax; any other similar information about the individual, not provided by the individual solely for his personal purposes; Collection of Personal Data Generally Meet Matt collects your personal data in the following ways: When you submit forms relating to any of our events or services When you register for or use any of our services on websites owned or operated by us or when you register as a member of websites owned and/or operated by us, or use services on such websites; When you interact with our event services officers; When you use some of our services, e.g. our registration service When you establish any online accounts with us; When you request that we contact you; When you are contacted by, and respond to, our representatives and agents; When you respond to our request for additional Personal Data When you ask to be included in an email or other mailing list; When you respond to our promotions and other initiatives; When you submit a job or internship application When we receive references from business partners and third parties, for example, where you have been referred by them When you submit your Personal Data to us for any other reason. 4.	Disclosure of Personal Data Meet Matt will take reasonable steps to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised disclosure. Subject to the provisions of this Act and any applicable law, this Personal Data may be disclosed, for the purposes listed above (where applicable), to the following third parties, whether they are located overseas or in Singapore: Meet Matt service partners; Agents, contractors or third party service providers who provide operational services to Meet Matt, services such as telecommunications, technology, payment, payroll processing, training, market research, freight handling and immigration brokering services, delivery or other services to Meet Matt; Vendors or any third party business partners who offer goods and services or sponsor contests or other promotional programmes on Meet Matt’s sites, whether in conjunction with us or not; External business partners in relation to meetings, exhibition and conventions that Meet Matt manages; The Credit Bureau or in the event of default or disputes, any debt collection agencies or dispute resolution centres; Anyone to whom we transfer or may transfer our rights and duties; Banks, credit card companies and their respective service providers; Our professional advisors such as our auditors and lawyers; Relevant government regulators or authority or law enforcement agency to comply with any laws or rules and regulations imposed by any governmental authority; and Any other party to whom you authorize or disclose your personal data

Please note that if you withdraw your consent to any or all use of your Personal Data, depending on the nature of your request, Meet Matt may not be in a position to continue to provide its products or services to you or administer any contractual relationship in place, and this may result in the termination of any agreements with Meet Matt and your being in breach of your contractual obligations or undertakings, Meet Matt’s legal rights and remedies in such event are expressly reserved.
7.	Retention of your Personal Data Your Personal Data will not be retained when the purpose for which the personal data was collected is no longer being served by the retention of the data; The retention is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes;
8.	Transfer of your Personal Data We will not transfer your Personal Data to a country or territory outside Singapore except in accordance with the requirements prescribed under the PDPA.
9.	Governing Law This Privacy Policy shall be governed in all respects by this Act and the laws of Singapore.
